To qualify for the guarantee, here’s what we require:


• Use the oil consistently 2–3 times per week for 4 months


• Take clear before and after photos, exactly 4 months apart


• Include date-stamped screenshots of the photos for verification


• Submit your refund request within the 4-month window—requests made earlier or later will not be eligible

1. No Returns Due to Sanitary Reasons

For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on our products. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all our products.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that a product is delivered defective, broken, or unusable, we will gladly accept a return and offer a refund or replacement. To process a return for a defective item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Photographic Evidence: The customer must send clear pictures of the damage or defect within 7 days from the date the product is delivered.

  • Timeframe: Returns due to defects or damage must be initiated within 1 week (7 days) of the delivery date. If the damaged product is reported after 14 days (2 weeks), we are unable to offer a return, refund, or replacement.


3. *UNCLAIMED PACKAGES*

If a package is shipped to a customer and is returned to sender (Zadeh Beauty) due to an unclaimed delivery or incorrect shipping information, we are not responsible for the returned package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and that someone is available to claim the package upon delivery.

  • Shipping Cost: We cannot process a refund for shipping costs if the package is unclaimed or returned to us.

  • Refund for Products: Once we receive the unclaimed package back, we will process a refund for the products only, excluding the shipping charges.


4. Promotions & Discounts

All promotional discounts are valid only during the time of the promotion and cannot be applied to past purchases. We are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for orders placed before a sale begins.

  2. Attach clear images of the damaged or defective product.
  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Once we have received the necessary documentation, we will review your request and get back to you with further instructions.

If your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
